On behalf of our client, we’re searching for a highly motivated and accomplished Corporate
Captain to join our team. This role is perfect for a candidate with corporate aviation
experience, who wants to reside in Melbourne, Australia.
What’s the role on offer?
- Operating out of Melbourne Jet Base (Melbourne Airport), you will be responsible for
planning, executing and managing day-to-day flight operations for a Bombardier Global
Express XRS. - For candidates who have training and checking experience, you may be required to mentor,
train and support other team members. - Your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Execute flight operations procedures as PIC: Ensure all aviation activities are
performed using company approved procedures. - Provide personalized service: Anticipating passenger needs and preferences for
their flights (where practicable). - Maintain professionalism: Representing our company with grace, poise, and
exceptional customer service.

What do I need to be successful?
- At least 18 years old and have the right to work and live in Australia.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Hold a current Australian Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Experience operating corporate jet aircraft to international destinations
- Minimum 3000 hours total time with the following:
- Minimum 1500 hours Jet Pilot in Command (PIC)
- Minimum 150 on long range corporate jet aircraft.
- Hold or be eligible to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Current Class 1 Aviation Medical
- Hold a valid drivers license and the ability to travel at short notice.
- Hold a valid passport without any travel restrictions (e.g. no criminal record
preventing a visa approval). You will need to obtain the following visas
(minimum):USA Crew (C1/D1) and Business Visa (B1/B2) for lay overs.
NOTE: The company may agree to sponsor an exceptional candidate from overseas to
permanently reside and work in Australia; however, you would be required to commence
employment on a temporary visa basis and demonstrate ability to meet the above criteria in
a short time frame. This would be an employer nominated visa pathway.
